Standard Korea Surveyors Co., Ltd. ("Standard Korea") has been founded by Capt. Howard Jung in 2013 to professional services in the field
of maritime surveys, based on his earlier careers as ex-master mariner and superintendent. As the business has expanded, Capt. Stanley Kang
joined the company in the early of 2024, and the firm has now been manned with fully qualified/long experiences surveyors having the background
of master mariner, marine officer and engineer, rendering services to the clients, P&I Clubs, Shipowners and Marine Insurers for all kinds of
marine survey including P&I matters at all Korean ports. Especially, most of our surveyors have extensive expertise/specialties in the field of
preloading survey for steel products, stowage survey for project cargo along with heavy lift and/or cargo damage survey.
Standard Korea is one of the young survey firms in Korea, but we are confident that all of our surveyors are the best experts in all kinds of marine
surveys with various experiences. Since its foundation, Standard Korea has been well evaluated as a survey firm who provides efficient, timely and
